At Joy of Sound, violin lessons are tailored to each student's age, experience, learning style, and musical interests.
Students develop strong foundations in posture, bowing, technique, rhythm, note-reading, ear training, and musical expression while learning music they genuinely enjoy.
Whether your child is picking up a violin for the first time, you're returning to an instrument you once loved, or you're an adult who has always wanted to learn, lessons are designed to help you progress with confidence.

Where do lessons take place?

How long are lessons?

Do you prepare students for RCM exams?
Yes. Royal Conservatory preparation is available upon request.
Do I need my own violin?
A violin is recommended for home practice. We can help with sizing and local rental or purchase options in the Niagara Region.
